  • How far in advance do I have to book?
    We recommend booking at least 3 days prior to the intended booking date. Please contact us directly for same day bookings.
  • Is there a downpayment required to secure a booking?
    No. However we do require a 50% downpayment for our bridal services.
  • Do you offer a mobile service?
    Yes! However additional costs may be incurred for parking and travel time.
  • How do I contact Makeup By Koko?
    Feel free to email us at makeupbykokod@gmail.com, reach out on Instagram @makupbykoko1 or complete our contact form on the About page.
  • If I choose one service can I add-on another?
    Yes depending on the service. For instance if you book the Shop Along service you can add a Makeup Tutorial Service with it.
  • How do I pay?
    You can pay via Zelle, Paypal, Cash App or with cash in-person. You can also make payment directly through this website.
  • What if I need to postpone or cancel?
    We ask that a booking is postponed or canceled at least 48 hours before the intended booking date.
  • What if there's a makeup service I'd like to book but it isn't offered?
    Please contact me directly so I can get more information.
